Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti insists he doesn't see former club AC Milan in crisis.
"Let's not make a drama out of this," he told the Gazzetta dello Sport . "The club are just going through a delicate time after the sale of Kaka.
"Milan have the resources to pick themselves up. This is just a period of time where they have to put things in order."
Ancelotti was replaced at the helm by Leonardo, a man who had no previous coaching experience and a tactician who is already under pressure.
"Leonardo's bench is not shaking," added the Stamford Bridge boss. "What are you talking about?
"Leonardo has a difficult task, but there is an excellent structure around him, the club has faith in his ability and he'll soon be able to transmit his ideas to the team.
"I see the glass as half full rather than half empty as I know the qualities of Milan. No one else in the world has those."
