Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti admits concerns over Branislav Ivanovic's knee injury.
The Serb broke down in the first-half of yesterday's 1-1 draw at Blackburn Rovers.
"It is a traumatic injury on his knee, so for this we have to wait until the next day for a clear situation of his injury. When you speak about a knee you have to be worried but I hope he can recover quickly," said Ancelotti.
"For Wednesday (against Portsmouth) I think Petr [Cech] will be ready, and also [Michael] Ballack had a little problem on his [Achilles] tendon, so I think he will be ready for Wednesday."
