Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is happy to maintain his focus on football.
Ray Wilkins' departure was taken out of Ancelotti's hands last week.
He said: "I prefer to stay controlling the technical aspect, the team, the players, but not the other things. I am not interested in the other things, like the financial side, because I don't have the experience.
"At AC Milan, I used to ask some things to the club about the new players but after that the club has to have the final decision.
"I know here in England some managers have total control of the club. I have control of the technical aspect of the club but with other things I am not involved.
"In Italy all the coaches just have technical control, not financial control. I believe it's the right thing because I don't have the experience, I prefer to stay where my knowledge is good."
