Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti was happy to call on Frank Lampard in their draw at Tottenham.
Lampard made an appearance in the second half and Ancelotti hopes our vice-captain will be ready for Manchester United next week.
"We have a friendly game at the training ground for him on Thursday and he will be able to start the next game.
"He said he wanted to be more involved in the squad, to start from the bench and this is good for us.
"It is very important because he is an important player and he is able to manage this moment with experience and personality."
