Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti says the secret to handling Didier Drogba is leaving the big man alone.
Drogba returns to the Chelsea starting line-up against Wolves today after missing the last two outings with a virus.
And while former Chelsea boss Big Phil Scolari struggled to handle the striker - ultimately leading to his dismissal - Ancelotti insists that he has never tried to change the player's temperamental personality.
The Ivory Coast star, who revealed earlier this month that he finally feels appreciated playing in England, will be instrumental in coping with the physical aspect of Wolves' style.
Ancelotti said: "The job of any manager is not to shut down a player's personality.
"He has to show his personality as long as he always respects his team-mates, manager and the club.
"Sometimes younger managers think they have to impose their will on players so my experience helps. The most important thing is to have a good relationship with a player."
