Chelsea boss Ancelotti admits Inter Milan concerns
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti admits he has concerns about Champions League opponents Inter Milan.
Ancelotti says Jose Mourinho's influence still lingers at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking to La Repubblica, Ancelotti said: “Mourinho left a mark here, above all in the club's organisation. It will not be Mourinho versus Ancelotti, but a very tough challenge. It couldn't be worse for us, nor for them.”
Asked if Mourinho is a media manipulator, Ancelotti replied: “His way is that of taking attention away from the team and it has worked up until now. Inter have turned around games that were completely lost, no other team has managed to do it.”
Ancelotti then revealed that he thinks Chelsea will only beat Inter by playing at 100 per cent.
“They have added quality to their great solidity with Milito and Sneijder. But we have everything, physicality and quality. We can win in many different ways.
“The Premier League is a difficult championship. With respect to Italy, here the smaller teams are less tactical but more physical.”
