Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi is a January target for Chelsea.

The Telegraph says De Rossi is part of a massive January shopping list at Chelsea which could be worth up to £50 MILLION.

Chelsea were told on Friday that they will be able to trade in January by the Court of Arbitration in Sport which will also hear the club's appeal. Fifa imposed the ban, until 2011, after finding Chelsea guilty of inducing French winger Gael Kakuta, now 18, to break his contract at Lens.
