Chelsea are ready to go to £5.5 million for Wigan Athletic attacker Victor Moses.

Chelsea failed with a £4 million offer for the Nigeria international earlier this week, but will return with an improved bid.

Moses is also a target for Liverpool and QPR, but favours a switch to Stamford Bridge.
