Chelsea begin Champions League campaign with win

Chelsea had little difficulty in disposing of MSK Zilina 4-1 in Slovakia. Chelsea brushed aside Zilina taking their tally to 21 goals in five games.

The English champions were three goals to the good by the break with Michael Essien opening the Blues account followed by a brace from Nicolas Anelka.

Daniel Sturridge made it four just after the break but an error by keeper Petr Cech allowed Tomas Oravec to score a consolation for Zilina.
