Chelsea boss Avram Grant beat Tottenham to make Nigerian Michael Emenalo his new chief scout, it has been revealed.
The appointment of Emenalo raised eyebrows last week, but the Daily Express says the former striker was also wanted by Juande Ramos to join his new backroom team at Spurs.
