Chelsea are ready to swoop for a 12 year-old Turkish superkid.

The Sun says the Blues hope to pinch Turkish wonderkid Yavru Kartal Muhammad from under the noses of Barcelona.

Yavru is just 12 and on Besiktas' books but his skills have caught the attention of Europe's top clubs.
