Chelsea have a deal in place for Sigma Olomouc centre-back Tomas Kalas.
Kalas is moving to Chelsea for £5 million, despite rival interest from Arsenal.
The Daily Express says Chelsea have beaten off competition from Arsenal, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich to land the 17-year-old starlet.
Premier League rivals Arsenal in particular were keen to sign Kalas, with Arsene Wenger apparently meeting with the player personally to try and sweeten a deal.
However, it seems Chelsea have pipped their London rivals to the player with his current club's website carrying a statement reading:
"A spell at a top European club for Tomas Kalas was successfully arranged today."
