Chelsea believe they can find a compromise with Wigan Athletic over a fee for Victor Moses.

The People says Chelsea are poised to complete a deal for Wigan's Moses at around £7.5m.

The Latics want £10m, but may settle for less if there is enough guaranteed money to make it happen and Stamford Bridge insiders say they will close the transfer soon.
