Chelsea attacker Pedro: Strange facing Barcelona

Chelsea attacker Pedro admits facing Barcelona in their Champions League clash will be "strange".

Chelsea go into the game on the back of a 4-0 victory over Hull City that has booked them a place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

"It will be special to play against Barcelona but also a bit strange," said Pedro.

"We have to keep going on the line we are on and try and get a good result against Barcelona. They have recovered their push to pressure higher up the pitch and that has helped them to score more goals. We will have to see how we can counteract that."

Playing on Friday against Hull is also an advantage of them claimed Pedro.

"It allows us to have players fully recovered," stated the Spaniard.

"It was a good chance to rest players with several having played a number of games one after the other with no winter break here."
