Chelsea and Arsenal are drawing up bumper contract offers for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba. Juve are in the process of offering new terms to Pogba, though president Andrea Agnelli has refused to rule out selling the former Manchester United junior.
The Daily Express says Chelsea and Arsenal may table bids of 45m for the 20-year-old in January.
