Chelsea are chasing Valencia fullback Miguel.

The Times says Chelsea have been told that they will have to pay £13 million to secure the services of Miguel, who is also a target for Arsenal.

"Miguel has some big offers to leave Valencia, but there is a big problem and that is the high price that Valencia have demanded," the Portugal international's agent Paulo Barbosa said.
