Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira hopes to relocate to London this month.
The People says Khedira's agents are due in London this week to talk over a move to either Stamford Bridge or The Emirates.
Arsenal and Chelsea have been monitoring the situation with Khedira for a while, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger and his Blues counterpart Jose Mourinho - who worked with the player when he was in charge at Real - long-term admirers.
Mourinho is in pole position. The Blues will have no problem meeting Khedira's wage demands and the player himself is a confirmed disciple of the Portuguese boss from their time together at the Bernabeu.
