Southampton teen Matt Targett is attracting Premier League interest.
The 17 year-old left-back is behind Saints starlet Luke Shaw, but regarded highly within English football.
Targett's performances for Southampton U21s has drawn attention from Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool, which all see the youngster as an affordable alternative to Shaw.
