Chelsea and Arsenal have received encouragement from Malaga over their interest for Jose Salomon Rondon.

The Venezuela international has been a long-term target for Arsenal, while Chelsea have made their approach this week.

Malaga have now decided to cash in and plan to sign Klaas-Jan Huntelaar from Schalke as a direct replacement.

Interestingly, Rondon is represented by the father of Chelsea star Juan Mata.
