FC Groningen wonderkid Richairo Zivkovic is back on the agenda of Premier League clubs.
The Mirror says Chelsea and Arsenal are to battle it out for Zivkovic.
Groningen confirmed contact with Liverpool at the start of the season, while Manchester City have also asked to be kept up to speed on the teen's situation.
