Arsenal and Chelsea are monitoring Javier Pastore's situation at PSG.

The Sunday Express says the 24-year-old has largely failed to live up to expectations in the French capital and now finds himself on the fringes under Laurent Blanc.

Arsenal reportedly asked about Pastore's availability as the transfer window drew to a close while Chelsea are also known to be interested in the player.

Asked is a move to England was a possibility, former France star Ginola told the Daily Express: “Why not? Anyone talented can do well in the Premier League.

“For Javier Pastore, if he stays too long and spends too much time on the bench that would be a problem for him and I’m sure his advisors will consider a move."
