Chelsea ARE in contact with Napoli for Gonzalo Higuain.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho yesterday denied tabling a £50 million bid for Higuain.

The London Evening Standard says sources in Italy claim that Chelsea have made an enquiry for Higuain.

But they could not confirm reports elsewhere that they've had a £50m bid rejected.
