Chelsea have stepped back from negotiations with Roma for Radja Nainggolan.
The Belgium midfielder has been top of the shopping list for new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
However, after three failed bids - the last being tabled on Monday - Chelsea have given up on landing Nainggola, for now.
HLN says Roma moved the goal posts this week, upping their asking price to €45 million.
That was the final straw for Chelsea, which have decided to take a breather from talks until later in the summer market.
