Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion have both been charged for failing to control their players.
The FA have handed down the charges to the Blues and the Baggies after their players clashed at Stamford Bridge on January 13.
There was an initial confrontation during the second half of the 2-2 draw when Claudio Yacob clashed with Chelsea striker Diego Costa and the Spaniard later went face-to-face with Albion goalkeeper Boaz Myhill.
Both clubs have admitted to the charge and have no been fined and warned about future conduct.
Chelsea copped a £65,000 while West Brom were hit with a £35,000 fine.
