Chelsea have reached an agreement with Brazilian club Corinthians to sign striker Alexandre Pato on loan until the end of the season.

According to Sky Sports, the deal will include an option to convert the loan spell into a permanent transfer in the summer.

The former AC Milan star has been linked with a move to the Blues for quite some time, and now he is expected to arrive at the club on Wednesday, with a medical set and the signing of the deal expected to be completed.
