Both Chelsea and Arsenal have inquired about Anderlecht young gun Youri Tielemans according to reports.

According to AS, the Premier League duo are seeking a summer deal for the 18-year old midfielder who is rated as one of the most promising talents in European football right now.

It is believed that the Blues and Gunners have asked about Tielemans' availability while Atletico Madrid are reportedly continuing their pursuit of Belgium U21 international.

Tielemans, who has already amassed almost 90 appearances for Anderlecht despite his youth, signed a five-year deal with the Belgian side recently and would cost around €20million.
