Chelsea are planning a £10 million move for Everton midfielder Ross Barkley.

The People says the Champions League finalists will try to tempt Everton to sell the youngster by offering to let him STAY at Goodison Park next season if they manage to negotiate a deal.

Club chiefs are optimistic about doing a deal, especially as they are prepared to allow Barkley to remain at Everton next season.

Manchester United are also keen, where Sir Alex Ferguson believes Barkley is destined for stardom.
