Chelsea already have agreed personal terms with Sevilla wing-back Daniel Alves.
Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido is now demanding £28 million for the Brazilian international after Real Madrid made a firm approach this week for the defender.
Chelsea's last offer was for £21.5 million and AS says they're unlikely to go higher, despite agreeing personal terms with the player.
