Chelsea have agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for striker Diego Costa. The Daily Express says reports in Spain suggest that the Blues have agreed to meet Costa's £32m buy-out clause in the summer.

Agent Francois Gallardo says Atletico eventually succumbed after accepting that they would not be able to hold onto the Brazilian-born Spanish international.

He told La Sexta: "Atletico knows it is impossible to hold onto him."
