Chelsea scout Piet de Visser hopes Guus Hiddink eventually returns to Stamford Bridge.

De Visser, personal scout and adviser to Blues owner Roman Abramovich, believes Hiddink should one day be brought back to finish the work he has started.

The Dutch veteran revealed: "Abramovich is so happy with the job Guus has done in London. But four months is too short a period to change everything.

"Roman's real wish is a dream team. He does not just want trophies. He wants a team like Barcelona, a team the whole world will be talking about."
