Chelsea transfer adviser Piet de Visser has urged Davinson Sanchez to stay with Ajax.

The Colombia defender has been linked with Chelsea, Everton and Barcelona.

But De Visser told NIS: "Why would you go to a club like Everton, if you have no Champions League to play? At a top club the chances are he ends up on the bench. That would be a shame.

"I know how football works, I am not naive, but I recommend: stay with Ajax.

"Then you can choose from the top clubs after one or two years."
