Chelsea admit charge over Derby clash

Chelsea FC have admitted a charge relating to the behaviour of their players towards referee Andre Marriner during a match against Derby County last month.

The club was charged with failing to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion following the sending-off of Michael Essien for violent conduct during the match on Saturday 24 November.

Chelsea have requested a personal hearing which will be scheduled in due course.
