Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata is upset about his latest Spain snub.

There's claims Mata was ignored by Spain coach Vicente del Bosque after being unavailable for last month's games.

But, as Mata argues, the midfielder made incredible sacrifices to play for Spain in both the Euros and London Olympics over the summer.

"It was tough to not be called for Spain," said Mata. "This is bad news, I cannot deny. Especially since I am just at the moment feeling really good.

"Two years ago I volunteered for the U21 championships. And for the Olympics last summer, immediately after the European Championships."
