Chelsea star Frank Lampard is full of praise for young teammate Miroslav Stoch.

Stoch helped setup Lampard's winner against Stoke City last weekend and the England man told Chelsea TV: "I said to Stochey before he came on that he needs to bring his character into the first team.

"I know what it is like when you're young, you don't want to come on and shout at someone, when you get the ball you make sure you pass rather than dribble and Stochey, when he does what he does for the youth team and in training, can be a big asset for us.

"He has done very well, and Saturday's game might be a bit of a turning point for him. He'll believe he can come on and change the game, because he has done that now."
