Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard says defeat to Portsmouth in tomorrow's FA Cup final would wreck his World Cup preparations.

Lampard believes that defeat against Portsmouth at Wembley would have a negative affect on his World Cup preparations.

"I think if we lost that would be the freshest thing on my mind and that would be horrible," he told Sky Sports News.

"That makes us even more focused on finishing the job but it's not as easy a game as some would make out."
