Chelsea ace Eden Hazard acknowledges he's currently in some of the best form of his career.

He hopes to continue his performances against West Ham today.

"It's not just about scoring because, at the moment, for 90 minutes I'm there," Hazard responds, when asked about his current form.

"Sometimes, in the past, I've played well for 15 minutes and then maybe had a quiet spell but now I'm heavily involved for the whole game and at the end of each match I feel more tired than before.

"The team are doing well, which makes it easier for me, and I'm on the pitch to score goals and create some chances. We are happy at the moment.

"In every game I try to give my best. The injury is in the past now so I don't think about it, and you can see that in my game."
