Chelsea ace Eden Hazard hailed the influence of manager Antonio Conte on their title triumph.
A late goal from substitute Michy Batshuayi, who had only been on the pitch for six minutes after replacing Hazard, secured the Blues fifth championship of the Premier League era – and a second for the Belgian international.
"It's amazing to celebrate with the fans," said Hazard at full time. “The game was so difficult. We are very happy.
"We talked a lot about the manager already, he is fantastic and we work a lot in training. Full credit to him and the players. We lost to Arsenal and then we went on an unbelievable run.
"That's when we said that we can win the league."
