"I'm not playing for myself, I'm playing for the team. I want us to win things, I want us to be successful."
Despite fears he would leave following Mourinho's departure, Drogba is starting to enjoy life under Avram Grant.
He said: "Of course I'm enjoying myself at the moment. We're hard to beat, we don't concede goals, we're winning games and we are scoring plenty.
"If we can maintain that form who knows what we can achieve? On a personal note I feel I'm back to my best.
"I'm going into games believing I will score. Confidence is everything and when you have that you can achieve anything."
