Fernando Torres admitted his relief after breaking his Chelsea scoring duck in their FA Cup win over Leicester City.
Torres struck twice in the 5-2 win.
He said: "I needed those goals. I've been working so hard to get them.
"Maybe the job of a striker is to score goals and if you don't do it people think you're playing badly.
"But the support has been here and I feel the confidence of the manager (Roberto di Matteo) now. We have some important games coming."
Blues defender Gary Cahill added on ESPN: "We went out and did the job.
"Wins breed confidence, you can see that in our play now - and it's great to be a part of it."
