Charlton Athletic midfielder Hogan Ephraim sees his future at parent club QPR.
The 23-year-old is due to remain at the Valley until the new year, but he insists he should still be at Loftus Road playing in the Premier League.
He told the Fulham Chronicle: "I think I should've been in the 25-man squad. I train with the boys day in, day out, and I couldn't accept anyone telling me I'm not good enough.
"The manager had a decision to make - we have different opinions. If I play well you never know, I might change his mind.
"I would love to get back in the squad. I've been there for four years and it has changed me from a boy into a man. Last season was the highlight of my career, and the fans are magnificent.
"But you read they want to sign a few more players, so there might be a few more dropping out of the 25 rather than getting back in."
