Charlton Athletic have told Everton to get serious about Ademola Lookman.

The Sunday Mirror says Everton have had a £7million approach for Lookman knocked back by Charlton.

They took their interest a step further with a verbal offer for the 19-year-old, but their proposal was rejected by the League One side, who put a £10m price tag on Lookman's head on the last deadline day to fend off suitors.

Everton are now weighing up an improved offer amid rival interest.
