Charlton Athletic remain hopeful of signing released Portsmouth striker Andy Cole.
Cole is keen to stay in the Premiership in order to pass the 200-goal landmark, but may be tempted to join the Addicks as manager Alan Pardew seeks a replacement for Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Darren Bent.
