Charlie Adam has signed a new deal with Stoke City.
The 29-year-old Scotland international, who penned a four-year deal when he joined the Potters from Liverpool in summer 2012, revealed the news on Saturday.
Writing on social-networking site Twitter, Adam said he was "delighted" to have signed a new deal.
Adam helped Stoke to their highest-ever points tally in the Premier League era last season as the Potters finished in ninth place under Mark Hughes.
