West Ham are back in the Premier League after just one season in the Championship following a narrow 2-1 success over Blackpool at Wembley. Blackpool started brightly but could not take their chances and West Ham led at the break 1-0 through Carlton Cole.
The Seasiders quickly levelled through Tom Ince just after the break and with the game heading for extra time Ricardo Vaz Te ensured a Hammers win by netting late-on.
Blackpool's Alex Baptiste saw a shot cleared off the line whilst Kevin Nolan hit the woodwork for the Londoner's.
But it's Sam Allardyce who will be leading his team in the top flight next season whilst Ian Holloway will be hugely disappointed for his Blackpool outfit.
