Groups A to D completed their UEFA Champions League group stage fixtures on Tuesday night.
In Group A, Arsenal got the rub of the green to clinch top spot after beating FC Basel 4-1 in Switzerland.
Lucas Perez scored a hat-trick in his first European start for the Gunners while Alex Iwobi was also on target before Seydou Doumbia pulled one back for Basel.
Arsene Wenger's side were able to leapfrog PSG after the French giants were held to a 2-2 draw by Bulgarian minnows Ludogorets at Parc des Princes.
Group B saw Napoli secure top spot with a 2-1 victory at Benfica courtesy of second-half goals from Jose Callejon and Dries Merten, before a late consolation from Raul Jimenez.
The Italians finished ahead of the Portuguese with Besiktas dropping to the Europa League having been smashed 6-0 by Dynamo Kyiv in Ukraine.
In Group C, Barcelona were clear group winners after beating Borussia Mönchengladbach 4-0 at Camp Nou.
Arda Turin hit a hat-trick after Lionel Messi had opened the scoring in Catalonia.
Manchester City ended up in second position, six points behind Barca, after drawing 1-1 with Celtic at the Etihad Stadium following early goals from Hoops loanee Patrick Roberts and Kelechi Iheanacho.
And in Group D, Atletico Madridhad their 100% record wiped by German giants Bayern Munich who won 1-0 at the Allianz Arena thanks to a first-half Robert Lewandowski goal.
The Bundesliga powerhouse finished second behind the reigning finalists, well clear of third-placed Rostov, who held PSV Eindhoven to a 0-0 draw to hold onto their Europa League spot.
The draw for the Champions League Round of 16 takes place on Monday with the first legs to take place on 14, 15, 21 and 22 February, and the second legs will be played on 7, 8, 14 and 15 March 2017.
The Europa League Round of 32 draw will also occur on Monday, with the first legs to be played on 16 February, and the second legs on 23 February 2017.
