Southampton fullback Calum Chambers says skipper Adam Lallana has been key in bringing on the club's young prospects.

The 25-year-old has been crucial to the progression of so many up and coming young players.

Chambers says: "I was a bit young when Bale and Theo were in the team, but Lallana is really helpful.

"You can speak to him about anything. He will give you advice and tell you things that he went through when he was in the academy."
