Chamakh: Arsenal do not need to abandon style to win trophies

Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh denies they need to abandon their playing principles to win trophies.

He rejected the notion that Arsenal need to change their style to be successful.

"If we'd won the League Cup, people would have said: 'Arsenal play well and win.'

"But it all hangs on one goal in the last minute," he added. "Arsenal are trying to associate stylish play with victories. For the time being it's not coming off, but I remain convinced it will come."
