Doncaster Rovers chairman John Ryan is supporting boss Sean O'Driscoll to turn around the club's poor start. Rovers are still seeking their first league win of the season and are currently bottom of the Championship.
Ryan told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I've never responded to hotheads who want to sack somebody, I don't think it's ever worked, look at Sheffield United."
O'Driscoll is the longest-serving manager in the Championship with five years at the helm of Doncaster.
