Cesena have signed Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Alessandro Rosina.

The Serie A minnows announced the deal yesterday.

"AC Cesena confirm the arrival on loan from Zenit St Petersburg of midfielder Alessandro Rosina," read a statement.

"Rosina, born in 1984, has previously worn the jerseys of Parma, Verona and Torino.

"On the afternoon of Saturday January 29, Rosina took part in his first training session at the Villa Silvia ground with fitness coach Mattia Vincenzi."
