Cesc scores first Chelsea goal in victory at Vitesse

Cesc Fabregas is off the mark for Chelsea after scoring in their friendly win at Vitesse Arnhem.

Fabregas scored his first Chelsea goal as the Blues cruised to victory over Vitesse on Wednesday.

The former Arsenal captain picked out the top corner with a superb free-kick from the edge of the box to double Chelsea's lead after Mohamed Salah's opener.

Diego Costa was at the heart of the attacking play again when he unselfishly set up Nemanja Matic who rounded off the friendly win, making it 3-0 with an emphatic finish in the 76th minute.

The hosts grabbed a consolation with moments to go when Uros Durdovic stole in at the back post to reduce the deficit.
